Whether it’s a simple network outlet to the design and installation of a complete cabling infrastructure you can be rest assured that when we attend site, we work around the day to day running of your company. Tri-Tech guarantees the following level of service quality on all of our low voltage communications services:
All low voltage cables installed or relocated (data, fiber optics, voice and video) will be labeled with a P-Touch or computer printed label on the cable, the faceplate, and the patch panel
All new cables installed will be certified with a Fluke DSX cable tester
The tester label number will match the labels installed on the faceplate and cable
Test results are printed in detail for every cable installed or relocated.
WARRANTY
There are two levels of warranty offered by Tri-Tech. We offer our own internal warranty on labour and we have partnered with and taken the required training to offer manufacturer warranties for Panduit when our clients request them during the quote process.
The warranty offered is a 25 year performance warranty on all connectivity components when installed by Tri-Tech technicians. This manufacturer based warranty covers all their material when installed by a certified company like Tri-Tech.
